How many people can sincerely and without a second’s pause can confirm whole-heartedly that they are extremely happy and satisfied with the way they walk, talk and move around in society?

3) Detox the body with plenty of fluids. You don’t have to starve and live on liquids for days to clean your system. If you drink plenty of fluids like only water and herb tea for time to time, the toxins are automatically cleared from the body. The body is naturally hydrated keeping the skin tone fresh and issues of body odor are never a problem.

4) Smooth skin, luxuriant curls, sparkling teeth and the perfect gait is all attainable. All you need is to follow a regime and use the right kind of products according to your skin type. 5) Daily skin care regime is essential to get the perfect tone for the skin. Cleansing, toning, moisturizing, gentle exfoliation and occasional skin firming packs help to even out the skin. If this is done regularly, then you can step out even without make-up. When selecting your range of makeup, make sure you chose colors for the day and evening separately. This can either add a touch of class or crass to your overall personality.

6) Wearing perfectly fitted outfit can actually take ten pounds off your figure while its reverse can make you look older than you really are. Take the time, and select your clothes. Avoid getting allured by discounted clothes that have one size for all body types. Plan occasional trips to a day spa for a massage that will help to rejuvenate and relax you from daily stress.
